Btw the unfurnished rental value was $2200 for 2015 so this is my attempt is to bump this up dramatically. 

Real estate laws are State specific so make sure you have a discussion with a local lawyer and/or accountant before you attempt to implement any strategy.

The problem is that the seller is attempting to sell a property quickly, for his own reasons, but the buyer is not an end buyer but a wholesaler attempting to tie up the property by putting it under contract.There is nothing wrong that.

I've had tenants leave ranges so dirty with grease it was simply easier to get replace them rather than attempt to tackle cleaning them.And you haven't lived until you've had to defrost frozen roaches out of a freezer.Gail
