Anyone doing short term (30 days +) corporate furnished rentals
(Moderator the short term subject option does not come up on my tablet.)
Bpers I got this email today.
"I have a client in need of a 1 month, short-term lease. The insurance company is willing to pay approximately $500/month short-term premium in addition to the rent you are requesting. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact me. "
Now I was hoping for this type of tenant, corporate level sort of speak. My advertised rent price is $3000 per mo so this would be $3500 for one month. Btw the unfurnished rental value was $2200 for 2015 so this is my attempt is to bump this up dramatically. My hope is to continue and develope this as a regular higher paying corporate rental if possible. Anyone doing this type of rental? Has it worked out? How much should move in be... 7k?
