I remember reading an article on here not long ago, can't recall the title, but the main idea of the article was that with direct mailing campaigns, you can expect to receive about 5% of the amount of the initial mailing to contact you and that you will only close on about 2% of those deals.

I'm a REI newbie and I would like to find a mentor to work with and learn from.Currently, I work full-time and travel with work but have completed the Mortgage Loan Originator coursework for my state (New York) and am considering getting my RE Salesperson License as well as Title Closing Certification.Are there other things I can do/learn to make me valuable to a potential mentor in my area?
