How can I find out if to close a deal I need to use an attorney
Hello BP!
I wanted to know what way I can find out if my state requires an attorney at closing or if I can use a title company/ escrow officer. I'm still learning and want to know exactly who to go to when I get my first deal. I'm currently in NY
Thank you in advance
