One hour blocks, ten minute breaks, if you do an hour for lunch, some will try to leave to go somewhere and come in late, keep it to 45 minutes, 10 to chat, 30 to eat and chat and 5, to regroup helps keep everyone there. And I agree some basic info is free, getting into the meat should be at a level of fairness, if too low, it's not preceived as valuable, too much and people won't go there.

While I do think some regulatory policies are good (even more in banking, lol) I also like to look for the exceptions and ways to move through the road blocks in a legal manner.

Just trying to get some quick input on what color to paint front door...home is 4br, 3.5ba in semi-custom neighborhood, neutral (tan) siding with black shutters/roof, white exterior trim.I know some buiders/rehabbers go with a standout color, others choose standard white/black, etc.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Since buying the houses, I've had a rash of bad luck...A) 2 - 20 yard dumpsters filled and emptied of old tenants trashB) Electrical fuse boxes and lines stolen from one home for the copper - $7500 to replace 5 breaker panels, meter units, shut off switches, etcC) Copper plumbing in second house stolen, replaced with PexD) Multiple frozen / busted water lines throughout the houses, was never "winterized"E) And though the houses have been vacant for over 2 years, Indianapolis dept of health has found someone to pick on, giving me multiple fines for unsafe housing (missing gutter downspouts, cracked porch near steps, and get this...the plywood that was used to board up the windows was not painted the same color as the house!)
