Each time that things got hard or did not go my way I took it as a lesson on how to move better going forward lol kind of like my first deal, I got to the contract stage of a wholesale deal that i was putting together and my portion of the contracts were signed, but I made the rookie mistake of searching for my cash buyer and disclosing too much information about the property before the sellers portion of the contracts were signed.

Paying $100 to save you six figured worth of mistakes is well worth it.
