I think each unit has some unique characteristics which make them desirable.I've seen 2BR units listed in the 19th close to mine that I wouldn't pay $700 for, so the 19th isn't necessarily an automatic ticket to higher rents.

I would be hesitant to use an estimate because fees can be as low as the $200 range in some of the older complexes all the way up to over $600 a month in some of the newer complexes.
