Hello everyone,

So I'm currently looking into investing in condos in the Ventura county area in California and I wanted to know how do you guess estimate for the HOA dues/fees?

If you don't have MLS access, you can always look on Redfin and it will tell you what the actual HOA fees are for that particular condo. I would be hesitant to use an estimate because fees can be as low as the $200 range in some of the older complexes all the way up to over $600 a month in some of the newer complexes. I guess you could use "worst case scenario" but then you might miss out on some opportunities because of over-estimating.
