Hello!

My name is Dan Fague and my wife and I are just beginning our journey into real estate investing. We just recently relocated back to Cincinnati after living out of state for 5 years (Minneapolis MN) and are thrilled to be back among our friends and family.

Our goal with real estate investing is to get educated, and ultimately use a buy and hold strategy to develop a portfolio of 7-10 properties.  We'd like this to be a way of generating cash flow that can help lead us to financial freedom.  We both love to travel and see this as a great opportunity to see the world and help to support our family.

I'm very much looking forward to getting to know everyone and to contribute to the community!
