Hello everyone, I've done a lot of research and have come across this topic with pretty even views.

Just signed up for biggerpockets to help gain valuable knowledge in the real estate and landlord topics.

I don't like repeating myself, folks can do a little searching and reading on topics they are interested in.Not many RE companies act like Verizon or AT&T.Funny, my son started another business, his phone had a directory;1 for customer service2 for shipping3 for accounting4 accounts payable5 production tracking 6 EmergenciesAll those numbers just went to he or his wife at first.....LOLNow, those departments are there and staffed. 

You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other South Florida investors).Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in.

But in the absence of a better indicator I guess we would need to relay on the competition  tip and test the marketThanks GuyPs, this is still an open topic so any other insights are still most welcome 

The agent probably wants you to sign an "agreement to rent" which outlines then aspic standard lease realtors use.  

Attention grabbing headline, outline of benefits to seller, strong call to action, etc.
