FHA Move in date

Greetings BP nation,

I recently purchased a three flat with an FHA loan and my 60 day move in date is June 27. The previous owners still live in the building and the closing date for their new place was pushed back to June 22. They said they are going to try and be out by the 27th but if that doesn't happen how strict are the rules? At the very latest I would be moved in during the first week of July. Is this something I should be proactive about and contacting someone or will I be OK for an extra week or so?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

So @Albert Bui if the sellers can't move out by the 60 day mark... will he get in trouble if it is 75 days?
