 Hey wayne...I know this post is old. But I'm doing research on this topic and not post the same question. But, could you go into a little more detail? I guess what I'd want to know, if the seller has equity, and hasn't made a payment in months, how are you negotiating the purchase price? I imagine you (the buyer) will need to pay the back payments in addition to the purchase price, correct? Thanks!
