I haven't looked into anything like this and don't know what to expect it terms of cost, I just know that the spreadsheet I've been using (which is not too sophisticated, but not basic either) is not one that can be used if I wanted to ramp up the quantity and frequency of my mailings and manage/keep track of incoming calls.

Hi Michael,I know the power of zip letters and post cards as follow up mailers, but I like to have the ability to send small quantities of yellow letters for new FSBO's and pre-foreclosures as they come up.

It was legal, there are no other signs in this tiny 1 stop light rural town, my friend authorized it in front of her shop and my phone hasn't stopped ringing.

Or, if not, maybe do a *really* tiny investment at first so she feels more comfortable.

I was out all that money because I wanted to be cheap and get a better price per postcard by printing larger quantity.
