@Ali Boone I'll make sure to clarify the aims of the investment.

Some of the investors I work with put excess funds into stocks or lend it out as hard money to other investors, in aims to keep growing their cash and not just let it sit, then deploy it as opportunities present themselves. 

Based on the info you provided...if you can get a good deal on a duplex or triplex, I would aim for that and rehab it to higher end.

Not sure how doable that is but I’m aiming for that and will adjust if necessary.

I opened an LLC, got 50k$ saved up, the properties I'm aiming for costs around 170k including fixing and everything.What would be the cheapest way to finance or even refinance a long term deal if I don't have SSN or credit score at all?

I am aiming to house hack a multifamily quad-plex and would love to start building a team to work with and learn from.

(Everything is under my name)As for the second property Im still looking and have no idea as of yet but I am aiming for at least a 2%-5% Cash on Cash return. 

Would you guys even consider that seeing the below or just aim to avoid?
