Minnesota First Time Investor

Posted

Hello Everyone,

My name is Dave Mclaughlin. I am from St. Paul MN and I have decided to skip the college path and dive straight into real estate investing. I have been listening to BP podcast along with reading great books for awhile now I want to pull the trigger and buy my first property. I am aiming to house hack a multifamily quad-plex and would love to start building a team to work with and learn from. Im looking to connect with anyone who would be interested to partner and or work with me in the near future. Thanks!

Thanks @Jeff Schemmel! I plan to start networking and attending local meetups asap. I would love to connect and hear how you got started as well, its super helpful to hear experiences and to learn what other people have done. Thanks again!
