Is the articles of organization the only paperwork I need to file for my investing business?

Typically, a licensed contractor will be required by the licensing organization to carry a specific amount of liability coverage. 

I understand the inspector gets paid to find issues and the contractor just to fix them, but you'd think the guy that fixes them would also be skilled at identifying them if not more skilled.

Did you ever come across a template/example  of an Articles of Organization to use?
