Hello,

My name is Wayne Ulias and I'm a newcomer to the world of real estate investing. I've been a Sales Executive for 20+ years working for a global technology company. I'm now in another place in my life where I'm tired of the rat race working for a large corporation and I'd like to try my hand at real estate investing. I've been interested in real estate for many, many years but never able to seriously get involved. I know that I can be successful with the right knowledge, advice and guidance. I'm looking to start successfully flipping houses in the area of Monmouth County, New Jersey and branch out from there. I'd like to network with other like minded investors.
