They don't scratch wood like cats.They don't pee on floors like cats/dogs.They don't color in crayon all over everything and break stuff like kids.They don't potentially eat neighbor's pets or bite like snakes could.They don't have potential flooding issues like 50 gallon aquariums.And, really, how many potential tenants even have lizards/reptiles?

Mine lists the cost if they lose their keys, that they can't change the paint color or window coverings without permission, they're required to have renter's insurance, and so on.

I would rather not have 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint to go over dark purple and greens, I had a painter mention there is a paint out that truly does cover in one coat with these dark colors.
