There is a new micro brew, new bar/ restaurant and a couple new restaurants that have opened up recently on or just off High Street.  

This community is nestled into a nice wooded setting and feels very comfortable and there are lots of restaurants, retail stores, Walmart and a Lowe’s a very short drive away.

With power shut off to one and not the other, I suspect they are on separate meters.

If it's been completely shut down for construction for more than 6 months, you're most likely going to need to start fresh with new plans and new permits.  

Now throw in the things like clothing stores, car sales, sporting goods, restaurants, grocery stores, hardware stores, etc and you have a vicious cycle of decline and contraction on a micro economic level. 

You'd have to stop all deposits or shut down your bank account (yikes!). 

There is a group that meets at Golden Corral restaurant in Rock Hill, first Wednesday of each month. 

I should clarify though, I do have a second shift job in a restaurant that I can definitely live on while getting settled.
