We plan to slowly raise rents and relocate him and his family to another property.

Ill be relocating to orlando, FL in a couple of months.

I will be relocating to the Phoenix area so won't have to deal with freezing pipes anymore, but I'm sure AC units won't be lasting as long out there.

I lived in Jax for 20+ years and recently relocated to LA myself.

They typically have the Renters for these types and caliber of homes while they make be building on job relocation,  or are simply new to the area and are not yet ready to buy 

@Anthony EllisonYou could call a local bee expert and they can come and collect the bees and safely relocate them.

I am also seeing many companies relocating their headquarters to the downtown.
