Bees in house. not mine

So I was inspecting a house I have under contract today and found out the vacant house next door has some unwanted squatters.

Did a little research and found out the owner passed away. Found his wife who is pushing 90. I'm sure she has no idea whats going on. Whats the best way to deal with this.

I'm thinking:

1.Try to get this house under contract as well

2. Call a bee removal person who might ignore the fact the house isn't mine

3. Ideas from biggerpockets

Has anyone ever had to deal with this?

@Ben Wilkins If I got the property I'd more than likely wholesale it.  But would you beelieve the city told me no, because it is a house?

@Steven Berro @Gary Andersen @Christopher Phillips  Thanks. I found a local bee keeper who will inspect the house for me this weekend.  He keeps the bees for his own farm.
