Hi BP community! Just a bit about me. I’ll promise to keep it short and to the point. Just recently moved to Georgia and working in obtaining my Real Estate license in Georgia. I have already obtain my license in the state of Florida but did not practice in Florida as of yet. I am planning in brokering deals for clients as well as investing within my market (Lawrenceville Ga and surrounding areas). As a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida, I planned to network in Florida with investors and agents. Hi Marvin,  Look up the local REIAs.  REIAs are where local experts hang and network, who have contractor referals, helps, have knowledge of what is working.  I chose GaREIA.
