Long time lurker, first time poster.I have a business that leases warehouse/office space and I'm looking to buy/build instead.I have met with a couple of commercial RE agents and they did not inspire a lot of trust in me (did not seem aggressive enough or knowledgeable enough).Looking for a recommendation for a realtor who specializes in industrial RE in PDX.

What Ryan said ,it’s also changing faster than the speed of light.eg Rural north and south around 10th was /is very impoverished but the City has bought at least a dozen properties along Rural primarily south of tenth Re promise zone ,so a lot of really good things happening around here.To make the numbers work now you kinda got to jump Rural where previously you would have to been very adventurous Hope this helps a little
