Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a business that leases warehouse/office space and I'm looking to buy/build instead.

I have met with a couple of commercial RE agents and they did not inspire a lot of trust in me (did not seem aggressive enough or knowledgeable enough).

Looking for a recommendation for a realtor who specializes in industrial RE in PDX.
