Hi BP,

Could someone who lives in the Indianapolis area or investor there provide some insight  on Tuxedo Park/Englewood communities(A, B, C, D)? Looking at a possible seller finance deal. Thank you in advance.

What Ryan said ,it’s also changing faster than the speed of light.eg Rural north and south around 10th was /is very impoverished but the City has bought at least a dozen properties along Rural primarily south of tenth

Re promise zone ,so a lot of really good things happening around here.To make the numbers work now you kinda got to jump Rural where previously you would have to been very adventurous

Hope this helps a little
