Newbie from Indianapolis Indiana (West Side)

HI! I I am a newbie investor in the Indianapolis area of Indiana.  I am looking to get a team together to start investing this year.

I am a mechanical engineer working as a sales engineer in the Commercial HVAC industry for the sate of Indiana. I am interested in BRRR, buy and hold, and flipping.

In terms of real estate, i have done 2 live in flips.  One when i was living in Colorado and the other in Southern Indiana.  Both of these resulted in around $40K in profit and made me realize my love for this business. 

My short term goal is to own 7 cash flowing properties in the next 2 years and long term would like to become financially free and escape the rat race.
