It can sometimes be painful to pay a handyman for something as trivial as replacing a house full of outlet covers that a tenant removed for some unknown reason, but is that the best use of 90 minutes of your day (including driving time in this specific real life example)- Try to develop and document systems for common tasks whether I outsource them or not.

It's been a pain to sell bcs it's a small lot and needs an expert to design septic/drainfield so really it's best for a builder or someone who knows about building. 

Which is a pain.
