@Minh Trinh @Joshua Eugene @Gilbert Jagot keep me posted if you all hear about anything in the New Orleans area. Or if you guys want to hop on a zoom to discuss starting out/growing pains. I have heard that talking to people is rule number one in real estate. 

I'm also new to BP. Do you all recommend going pro?
