What type of policy do you get for your flips,my agent just informed me all we get is protection from fire and vandalism and Mother Nature called a fire 1 because they are considered vacant or unoccupied.Do you even insure them ?

There is a lot of grey area in between, medical conditions, landlord negligence etc...A city council in my county just passed a referendum that would require tenants to split the cost with landlord for specific repairs related to natural disasters, very interesting.
