What type of policy do you get for your flips,

my agent just informed me all we get is protection from fire and vandalism and Mother Nature called  a fire 1 because they are considered vacant or unoccupied.

Do you even insure them ?

What else is there?

@Lisa Misuraca there are specific insurance programs for flipping.  I will PM you the info.

That being said, depending on the age and condition of the building, you may only have "Basic" coverage available to you.  I am pretty sure that is what your agent was reffering to.
