City code enforcement had already started gunning  for these properties and now all I can afford to do cut the grass and clean up the exterior.

If so, would my agent be entitled to commission from the wholesaler, or would the transaction be able to legally occur without the agent's involvement / the agent getting a cut?

In the meantime I was looking into leasing to a farmer to grow corn or cotton (both are very popular here) or to grow, cut and then sell firewood on, however it’s really hard to find tips or information on how to calculate the cost or manage land and there is not a section for it on BP.
