On the hand, 550 score with clean credit history tell lenders that though the number is not good but borrower is strong, just because he/she( especially investor) is not flying to bankruptcy court to trash his/her debts or ignoring his or her liability(monthly payments).You seem to have great credit history with no default or lateness.

So thankful for the EB5 Program even with the Dec 2016 higher fees -- TRUMP (sorry to say i boycotted / ignored the whole election this year)will not be changing the program-- he is a business man and certainly PRO-Real Estate and PRO-Job Creation.Anyone interested in a green card and being a part of the USA should look into EB5.

@Scott Trench - I would say that part of my thought on why SFR's would be easier to sell is in large part due to my own ignorance of the commercial real estate space.
