Newbie from Illinois

Hi, my name is Eduardo Rojas. I currently have no experience with real estate, this doesn't mean I am completely ignorant of the real estate business though as I have been using just about every moment I get to be able to learn more and more about the possibilities that can be achieved through real estate. I currently work a full time job and plan on using real estate part time to one day be able to to leave my current job and actually enjoy life instead of just being stuck at work. I joined Bigger Pockets after i finished reading the Investing in Real Estate No Money Down book. It changed a lot of how I thought(along with a couple other books and courses) and realized at that point that real estate might just be my calling. If anybody has any tips for someone such as myself, it'd be much appreciated. I'm ready to put in the work now, so I can relax later on.
