The big caveat is that you must be certain that the future value is commensurate with what you can likely finance the park for.

I was hoping that we could start a "relationship" (that sounds funny every time I say it, lol) for future offerings but I guess not.

Might that be viewed as equitable interest because it is helping with the costs in a future sale?  

I had identified a few properties on the list of interest with a non-redemption strategy in hopes to initiate foreclosure after the 2 year redemption period, here in New Jersey, thereby acquiring a property or two with future plans to fix and hold or flip, etc.

I am getting my license so I can be more educated in real estate, get access to MLS, and be able to see properties quickly.I thought I should look for a Broker who is an investor so he/she could help guide me as I expand in the future.
