Looking for a Northern California Employing Broker/Investor
I am getting my real estate license and am looking for an Employing Broker in Northern California.
For the last two years I've been investing in real estate (four flips so far) and want to expand into other areas (buy, rehab, rent and hold). I am getting my license so I can be more educated in real estate, get access to MLS, and be able to see properties quickly.
I thought I should look for a Broker who is an investor so he/she could help guide me as I expand in the future. And I've read that I should look for someone who would charge a minimal desk fee since I'll be more focused on investment properties.
Any advice as to how best to find someone? Thanks so much in advance.
Thanks.
Elizabeth
