I am wondering if there are brokers that will entertain holding my license knowing that these are my goals and not necessarily (at this time) being a full fledge RE agent.Appreciate any advice and help.

The charity organization is looking for investors and they claim they are one of the organization county works with to sell auction properties before they auctioned at the public auction.

Pay arrears only when vacant or she is at the end of drive with full moving truck.

We both work full time jobs and have a couple of side hustles to help with getting started in REI.  

@Daniil GrinchakUnless you handed the seller a bag full of money you used a title company or Attorney for settlement.

My father owns a construction company in my hometown, so I have spent my fair share of summers swinging hammers and digging holes.I am employed as a full time engineer and I am looking towards real estate to supplement my income and build a more stable future for my fiancé and myself in this exciting stages of our lives. 

There is a Streamline K $35k and under / no structural changes and a full 203k - anything above $35k that is more encompassing.
