New member in Raleigh, NC
Hi,
My name is Cameron Hayes and I am a new member living in Raleigh, NC. I have been on BP for a few months reading through posts and discussions, listening to podcasts, and reading books on real estate. My girlfriend and I have started exploring neighborhoods and analyzing deals. We both work full time jobs and have a couple of side hustles to help with getting started in REI. We look forward to networking and contributing on BP while establishing ourselves in the local REI community.
We have decided to begin our journey with a single family house hack or a multi family where we would occupy one the units. Does anyone have an opinion on which is a better plan?
Best,
Cameron Hayes
