Background checks.

I use them a lot and I love their background and credit screening option for $25 per applicant.

Here is the background story.I bought this house as my first home borrowing the down payment from my parents at 3% and I only paid the closing costs.

My background is engineering working for a major oil company, and I'm currently based in Beaumont, TX.

@Matt Motil- reading quickly through your background, you have taken the same path I envision with myself.

I have an extensive background in real estate marketing and as a Realtor.

I'm not a note buyer, but would do it if the right opportunity came along, my corporate background is something along these lines.$2k is a pretty low entry point, hard to worry too much on that, I've made bigger bets than that on marketing that didn't pan out, just for perspective.Anyway, keep in mind all those liens don't have to be paid off at face value. 

We check their credit/background and the tenants income.
