Do you know how to read the credit/criminal background?

As a landlord, Zillow provides you with a background check, credit score, and a well-formatted application for each applicant.

You can pre-screen them for free, then run the credit/criminal background only for those that pass your initial review so you're not wasting time.

You run a background check and verify application and you make them both liable for all rent. 

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $XX application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

Are there tools (i.e RentRedi) that you recommend using for LTR tenant screening, rent collection, background checks, etc?

I’m passionate about the development and redevelopment of these assets.I come from a background as a commercial wholesaler and have worked with respected groups like Sands Investment Group, Hudson Edge LLC, and Vail Commercial during my time in wholesaling.
