I can't imagine this would cause a major change to the market for an average investor as it seems like it's just a connection platform.  

Would recommend that you look into other CRE data and research platforms depending on what data you need.

The issue on what platform to use depends how much staff you will have and what will be their roles.  

2nd lein is a subordinate position so make sure you're well compensated for that risk.Lately the number of defaults happening around the debt platforms have been going up and this is on even senior debt.

It is THE place to outsource.My advice would be to get on the platform, create an in-depth job description of exactly what you're looking for and go from there.
