Digital records vs. physical vs. BOTH - what is your practice?

Hi there!

In the midst of putting together a property management company in NJ and am wondering what other PM's generally do.

I have always been a stickler for duplicate documentation in both physical folders as well as on servers/ cloud.  Are there new practices in the industry that are in place or perhaps PM's are totally doing without one vs. the other?

Curious to know what you do?
