I have been reading through a lot of post on bp & also watching every single video on YouTube also already ordered jt's book ,just wanna thank bp for all the inspiration I will be obtaining real estate license first then I will jump into investing once I get my feet wet 🙂

I was just curious if they also had a Brandon Turner story where you change directions to follow real estate and become really sucessful and next thing you know, they are coming to you for tips on getting into real estate.

I would still keep minimum standards of 600 credit score, no evictions, good references, and clean background check.Any advice, tips, stories from experiences you've had are welcome!!
