I was thinking about trying to find a wholesaler who might find a deal for me.

I have my potential FIRST property to wholesale.

The seller says the house appraised for $83500 in 1996. They are asking $50000 for the property. The seller is saying the house needs minor repairs. Like paint...

Wholesalers don't list MLS.

I would get a licensed agent involved to help with finding the ARV.Also, are you looking to wholesale this property, fix & flip yourself, or buy & hold?

I am also a newbie on here working on becoming a wholesaler.

Who did you buy it from, wholesaler?

Try to find the owner of the vacant house and see if they might be interested in selling, maybe you could wholesale it.
