At the same time (if you did find evidence of a dog), asks about and tell them that the fleas could of came from the dog and the dog needs to be removed as it was not approved.At the big box stores they sell flea bombs that you can set off yourself, but need the place vacant for 8plus hours.

They will lend to LLCs, even though you may need to personally guarantee the loan.They may still require property seasoning and a larger down payment.You can open small limit business credit cards or store cards like Home Depot to help build the LLC's credit.

And don't remove or put her stuff out, or lock her out.. she has rights and this will cause you issues if you don't go thru the correct process.. she either agrees to leave on her own.. or court action.If she leaves and leaves stuff your still required to store it according to your state laws for that period of time..
