I push for seller finance deals all the time.

@Jonathan Safa , dual agency might seem like it works in your favor - the listing agent gets to keep both sides of the commission and will push the seller to accept your offer.However, that doesn't always happen, and if there is more than one offer on the table, the seller will typically go for the one with the highest net offer. 

Off-market may push 7-9%.I'm not sure how that compares to other major metros, but I'd assume Atlanta and Florida may be similar or slightly higher.

I will have some low fixed rate, long-term mortgages for 10 more years, but I won't carry them for nearly as long as the root of the word was intended.

Recently there has been a big push to change requirements and lower minimum square footage n NYC.

Their founders really push business memberships and they dont add value, IMHO.
