FYI I have worked with him for years while I lived in that town then when I moved away I sordof promoted him and let him run it.

Although I cannot be too specific because of BP's self-promotion rules.

I'm also in the process of starting a social media account to help promote the property on FB and IG. 

I hope this does not count as "self-promotion" but if you want to check out the projects we get, my wife is posting them to the Instagram account "flippinwiththewoods" lol Once we finish each project I also plan on showing all the numbers, total cost, total profit, monthly cash flows etc. and hopefully help others learn as we go. 

Specifically, I'm going to enter the San Antonio, TX market, as that's where I'm from and where I'm trying to get back to.I work a f/t government job (midnight shift, unfortunately) and make a decent income, with a promotion coming in November!
