There will always be those that don’t but they likely would have found other paths to the same place by relying on something else.For me personally I am a newbie but practically live in excel doing analytics as a banker so I have not really used the calculators but I have seen similar ones sent to me or PDFs and I too see how it can be overwhelming and find it easier to find a very simple analysis in excel that I really have to think about but to each his own.

You just need to spell everything out in advance.The problem I see, is the dollar amount you are talking about will severely limit you in both buying power and length of time to go from deal to next deal.I would suggest that if you are looking to invest, and already contemplating a partnership, instead of going in on a new deal, go in on an existing one.

In my state, techically it is not legal, but all he would have to do is get a limited power of attorney to correct it.
