I like the people I work with, and the office is a hub of long time experienced real estate owners, property managers, tax consultants and investors- great wealth of information.Recently licensed, and am now on the search to hang my RE license with a brokerage (no brokers in my current office to serve this need).

In addition from the fact a drywall repair is generally a minor repair, I don’t think it would be worth your time to go through tracking down the past owner and/or insurance company.

The child cannot be a consideration, for fair housing.We have split the vacancy costs with tenants who have a later move in date.Agree that a scoring system helps decide and document an unbiased decision.I would prefer the couple that doesn't have an expiring visa, if they have a track record of staying at addresses more than the length of the remaining visa.
