How to approach property owner daughter to get their contact info
Background information. There is a very much vacant property in my town that no one has been to in years. I looked up the owner it seems as if it's a little complicated. Man and woman own it, however the woman passed away in 2014 and they divorced years prior to. Found the obituary and they must of still been close as him and his wife were mentioned in it as being survived by. The man is still owner but lives in SC. I found his daughter on FB and she lives local. I'm really interested in seeing about purchasing the house. It is not taken care of at all, great colonial, and it's in the middle of my towns main street/downtown area surrounded by great houses. How would you go about messaging the daughter, or would you?

I would, and have, messaged property owners and/or relatives on FB. Just let her know you're interested in buying the house and see what she can tell you about it.
