Most sellers are usually former homeowners so I'm thinking I'll self-manage those but if I buy a property from a Turn Key Real Estate Provider then I'll probably use their management services.Ultimately, I'm looking for time-freedom from my rentals.

About an hour later, we were grouped in 4 groups by our numbers, and our "leader" explained that our exercise was to call up our credit card companies, and friends and family, in order to come up with at least $30,000 each to prove that we could do so to be involved in our financial freedom through real estate investing!
